Welcome! I am an NSF Astronomy & Astrophysics Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of VirginiaDepartment of Astronomy. I work with Prof. Craig Sarazin on understanding the hydrodynamical evolution of galaxies in hot intracluster medium gas.

In the recent past,  I was a graduate student in the Department of Astronomy at the University of Illinois at Urbana-ChampaignMy thesis advisor was Prof. Paul Ricker.

I am a theoretical and computational astrophysicist -- I use numerical simulations to understand the evolution of galaxies in massive groups and clusters. I primarily use the astrophysical simulation code FLASH.
